The room was basic but sufficient for a weekend stay. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries and free Wi-Fi, which came in handy. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The attitude of the staff at reception was disappointing. I struggled with mobility and asked for assistance in finding a taxi, but the response I received was unhelpful.

The hotel provided a comfortable and clean room during my business trip. The location was perfect for my needs as it was near several restaurants and shops. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast which was a convenient and pleasant surprise.
The staff at reception could have been more helpful and welcoming. I have difficulties walking and use a cane, but when I asked for assistance in finding a taxi, it was difficult and unhelpful.

The hotel is in a great location, being so close to the metro and metro station. It’s easy to get around and explore the neighbourhood. the room and bathroom are basic, but they are very clean and spacious. the breakfast is delicious and has lots of options, perfect for starting the day. the staff is welcoming and helpful with anything you need. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby where you can relax and enjoy a drink.
It would have been nice if they had more business centers and printing facilities available.
